摘要
高等教育治理现代化是推进教育强国建设和中国式现代化的重要内容。文化作为治理体系的核心要素,通过价值引领、精神凝聚和创新驱动,为高等教育治理现代化提供内生动力。该文基于文化赋能视角,从理念、制度、行为、物质四个层面阐释文化赋能高等教育治理现代化的核心要义。通过分析现状,提出实践路径:完善文化治理体系、创新育人模式、夯实传播阵地、深化协同合作、培育治理队伍等。研究表明,文化赋能通过理念浸润、制度创新与技术驱动三重逻辑,可突破传统治理路径依赖,实现高等教育治理范式革新与效能提升,为教育现代化提供理论支撑与实践范式。
The modernization of higher education governance is a crucial component in advancing the development of an education powerhouse and Chinese-style modernization.As a core element of the governance system,culture provides endogenous impetus for the modernization of higher education governance through value guidance,spiritual cohesion,and innovation-driven dynamics.From the perspective of cultural empowerment,this paper elucidates the core essence of cultural empowerment in higher education governance modernization across four dimensions:conceptual,institutional,behavioral,and material.By analyzing the current status,it proposes specific measures through practical pathways,including improving the cultural governance system,innovating educational models,strengthening communication platforms,deepening collaborative partnerships,and cultivating governance teams.The research demonstrates that cultural empowerment,operating through the tripartite logic of conceptual immersion,institutional innovation,and technological advancement,can transcend the path dependency of traditional governance,thereby achieving paradigm shifts and efficacy improvements in higher education governance.This offers both theoretical foundations and practical models for educational modernization.
