摘要
目的观察平胃散对湿困脾胃证大鼠模型部分免疫功能的影响。方法40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、治疗组、自然恢复组,每组10只。建立湿困脾胃证大鼠模型,观测各组大鼠脾脏及胸腺湿重、脏器系数、病理改变、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和免疫球蛋白(IgG)含量等指标。结果模型大鼠脾脏及胸腺脏器系数降低,胸腺皮质厚度及脾脏中央动脉淋巴鞘直径变小,血清IL-6升高,IgG含量明显减少;经平胃散治疗后病理改变明显恢复,效果优于自然恢复组。结论平胃散对湿困脾胃证大鼠模型的免疫功能异常具有明显改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Pingwei Powder on part of immunological function in rats with syndrom of dampness blocking spleen and stomach. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, treatment group and autonomous recovery group, 10 rats in each. Establishing animal model of dampness blocking spleen and stomach. Such indexes as wet weight, organ quotient,pathological changes, content of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IgG of spleen and thymus were tested. Results Organ Quotient of speen and thymus decreased, thickness of thymus cortex and diameter of lymph vagina in spleen's centeral artery wear off, IL-6 increased and IgG obviously reduced. After treatment with Pingwei Powder, the patholgical changes recovered markedly, which was superior to that of autonomous recovery group. Conclusion Pingwei Powder can markedly impove part of immunological function in rats with syndrom of dampness blocking spleen and stomach.
