摘要
国内某核电机组核级反应堆电缆组件为俄供系统,电缆及连接器组件在现场进行操作时,容易因限位连帽过度移动而造成限位钢珠脱落丢失,存在异物掉入堆芯的风险。针对该问题设计了一款国产化电缆组件,但是在对其进行鉴定试验时电缆组件部分参数发生了异常。本文介绍了国产化核级反应堆电缆组件的结构及实验内容,并对电缆组件在鉴定试验时出现的异常进行了原因分析和故障定位。
The cable components of the nuclear-grade reactor of the Nuclear Power Plant is a Russian supply system,and when the cable and connector components are operated in the field,it is easy to cause the limit steel ball to fall off and lose due to excessive movement of the limit hood,and there is a risk that foreign objects will fall into the core of the reactor.A domestic cable components was designed for this problem,but some parameters of the cable components were abnormal during the identification test.This paper introduces the structure and experimental content of the cable components of the domestic nuclear reactor,and analyzes the cause analysis and fault location of the abnormal occurrence of the cable components during the identification test.
