基于结构化模块化的水电站常见作业安全管理创新应用

摘要 以水电站常见作业为研究对象,基于“作业类型结构化拆分”和“安全要素模块化梳理”两个抓手,总结提炼出“安全意识卡”“安全能力库”“安全管理图”“安全措施表”四大标准化成果,形成水电站常见作业安全管理标准化数据库,实现了水电站常见作业安全管理的多维度创新应用,进而保障常见作业安全管理标准化、执行制度化。 By taking the common operations of hydropower stations as a research object based on the two aspects concerning"structured streaming of operation types"and"modular sorting of safety elements",four standardized achievements are summarized and sorted out including"safety awareness card","safety capacity bank","safety management diagram"and"safety measure table",and a safety management database for common operations of hydropower stations is formed,which realizes the multi-dimensional innovative applications of safety management in common operations,and thus ensures the standardization and institutionalization of safety management in common operations.
