摘要
通过分析泡沫性能、热稳定性和结膏温度情况,研究了不同种类辅助表面活性剂对以椰油酰甘氨酸钾为主的结晶型氨基酸洁面膏的性能影响。结果表明,非离子表面活性剂PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯使复合体系发泡变慢、变少,但泡沫稳定性和耐热稳定性增强;添加两性离子表面活性剂月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱后,发泡更快,泡沫量更多,同时提升了椰油酰甘氨酸钾的结晶性,使复合体系的耐热稳定性更好;添加阴离子表面活性剂甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠或月桂酰谷氨酸钠,提高了泡沫稳定性,但需要关注对洁面膏的热稳定性带来的负面影响;添加非离子表面活性剂月桂基葡糖苷,对泡沫稳定性以及耐热稳定性都没有帮助,因此不适用于该体系。在相关产品开发过程中可选择不同种类辅助表面活性剂进行搭配,以得到更高品质的洁面膏产品。
The effects of different co-surfactant types on the performance of a crystalline amino acid facial cleansing cream based on potassium cocoylglycinate were investigated by analyzing the foam performance,thermal stability,and caking temperature.The results showed that the nonionic surfactant PEG-80 dehydrated sorbitan laurate made the composite system foaming slower and less,but the foam stability and heat stability were enhanced;the addition of amphoteric surfactant lauryl hydroxysulfobetaine resulted in faster foaming and more foam,and at the same time,the crystallinity of potassium cocoyl glycinate was enhanced,which led to a better heat stability of the composite system;and the addition of anionic surfactant sodium methyl cocoyl taurate or sodium lauroyl glutamate improves the foam stability,but the negative effect on the thermal stability of the cleansing cream needs to be concerned;the addition of nonionic surfactant lauryl glucoside does not help the foam stability as well as the thermal stability,and thus does not apply to this system.Different types of co-surfactants can be selected during the product development process to obtain higher-quality cleansing creams.
