建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术应用研究

摘要 建筑工程防水防渗施工技术应用效果会直接影响建筑使用功能以及耐久性。通过实验设计选取地下室外墙、屋面和卫生间等典型渗漏部位,建立1∶1的实验构件来进行防水性能测试,重点分析材料选型与施工工艺对防水效果产生的影响。实验结果表明,改性沥青卷材和结晶型防水涂料复合使用时,渗透系数为2.3×10^(-8) cm/s,相比单一防水层提升了35%,聚酯胎改性沥青防水卷材结合柔性防水涂料后渗透系数降至1.8×10^(-8) cm/s,经过2000 h加速老化仍能维持良好性能。实验证实基层含水率超过8%时黏结强度降低25%,建议地下空间采用耐水压性能优异的改性沥青类材料,外露屋面选用耐候性突出的三元乙丙橡胶类产品,并严格控制施工环境条件。 The application effect of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in construction projects directly affects the service function and durability of buildings.Through experimental design,typical leakage parts such as exterior walls of basements,roofs and bathrooms were selected,and 1:1 experimental components were established for waterproof performance testing,focusing on analyzing the impact of material selection and construction technology on waterproof effects.The experimental results show that when modified asphalt rolls and crystalline waterproof coating are used in combination,the permeability coefficient is 2.3×10^(-8)cm/s,which is 35%higher than that of a single waterproof layer.After combining polyester tire modified asphalt waterproof rolls withflexible waterproof coating,the permeability coefficient drops to 1.8×10^(-8)cm/s,and good performance can still be maintained after 2000 hours of accelerated aging.The experiment confirms that when the moisture content of the base course exceeds 8%,the bond strength decreases by 25%.It is recommended that modified asphalt materials with excellent water pressure resistance be used in underground spaces,and EPDM rubber products with outstanding weather resistance be selected for exposed roofs,while strictly controlling construction environmental conditions.
