珠海市某含硬岩层场地下三种引孔锤击管桩施工技术研究 被引量:2

Construction Technologies of Three Kinds of Hammer Pipe Piles with Pilot Holes in a Hard Rock Stratum Site in Zhuhai City

摘要 针对珠海市工业项目建设单位要求工期短,优先考虑采用PHC500管桩基础,但是对存在孤石场地或淤泥地层直接到强风化花岗岩或中风化花岗岩场地使用锤击管桩破损比例高问题,需要引孔施工。通过对比长螺旋钻机引孔灌土打入管桩、旋挖机引孔灌土打入管桩法、潜孔锤引孔灌土打入管桩法的造价、效率及技术特点。长螺旋钻机引孔灌土打入管桩难以入岩,旋挖机引孔灌土打入管桩法进入含硬岩层施工效率效低,潜孔锤引孔灌土打入管桩法虽然单价相对较高,但是由于风动的冲击作用进入含硬岩层施工效率高,综合效益显著。 In view of the short construction period required by the construction unit of Zhuhai industrial project,PHC500 pipe pile foundation is given priority.However,for the site with isolated stone or silt stratum directly to the strongly weathered granite or medium weathered granite site,the damage ratio of hammered pipe pile is high,and the construction of pilot holes is required.This paper compared the cost,efficiency,and technical characteristics of three methods:long auger drill pilot holes,rotary excavator pilot holes,and drill hammer pilot holes.The long auger drill method struggles to penetrate rock,and the rotary excavator method has low construction efficiencyin hard rock strata.Although the drill hammer method has a relatively high unit price,it offers superior efficiency in hard rock strata due to the impact of air-driven hammers,resulting in significant overall benefits.
