摘要 文章以汕头大学学生宿舍二期建设项目桩基施工为案例,针对传统旋挖钻机在多层花岗岩孤石地质情况下遇到的钻岩困难、功效低等问题,提出采用液压潜孔锤与旋挖钻机组合施工技术,既发挥旋挖钻机快速钻土的优势,又发挥潜孔锤高效破岩的功效,有效解决了现有旋挖钻在多层花岗岩坚硬岩层功效低的难题,可节约成本,确保施工进度,可为类似地层的桩基施工提供经验参考。 Taking the pile foundation construction of the second phase construction project of the student dormitory of Shantou University as an example, aiming at the problems of rock drilling difficulty and low efficiency encountered by the traditional rotary drilling rig under the geological condition of multi-layer granite boulders, this paper proposes to use the combined construction technology of hydraulic DTH hammer and rotary drilling rig, which not only gives full play to the advantages of the rotary drilling rig for fast soil drilling, but also gives full play to the high-efficiency rock breaking effect of the DTH hammer. It can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency of the existing rotary drilling rig in multi-layer granite hard rock strata, save costs, ensure construction progress, and provide experience reference for pile foundation construction in similar strata.
