摘要
文章通过深入分析大模型技术在电子制造业质量管理(QMS)中的应用背景、意义及现状,探讨了电子制造企业进行质量管理数字化转型的具体策略和方法,并进一步论述了大模型技术在提升质量管理中的集成应用。文章重点分析了大模型技术在提高产品质量、生产效率和智能化决策中的关键作用,并提出了“数据-模型-应用-评测”四层协同的电子制造全生命周期质量管理框架,阐述了通过数据治理、模型优化、场景应用和标准评测实现闭环管控与持续优化的路径。同时,以海尔集团、微亿智造等电子制造业企业为例,阐述了数字化转型在提升质量控制和降低生产成本方面的实践效果,展示了电子制造业数字化转型的示范作用。最后,评估了大模型技术在电子QMS中的应用前景及市场需求,为未来行业转型提供了有力的理论支持和实践指导,推动电子制造业向更加智能化和国际化的方向发展。
Through in-depth analysis of the application background,significance and current situation of large model technology in the quality management of electronic manufacturing industry,the paper discusses the specific strategies and methods of digital transformation of quality management in electronic manufacturing enterprises,and further discusses the integrated application of large model technology in improving quality management.This paper focuses on analyzing the key role of large model technology in improving product quality,production efficiency and intelligent decision-making,and proposes a four-layer collaborative lifecycle quality management framework comprising“data,model,application,and evaluation,”which aims to achieve closed-loop control and continuous optimization through data governance,model optimization,scenario-based applications,and standards-based evaluation.Using case studies of Haier Group and Weiyizhi Manufacturing,it illustrates the practical effects of digital transformation in improving quality control and reducing production costs,demonstrating its exemplary role in the electronic manufacturing industry.Finally,the paper evaluates the application prospect and market demand of large model technology in the quality management of electronic manufacturing industry,provides a strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the future transformation of the industry,and promotes the development of the electronic manufacturing industry to a more intelligent and international direction.
