摘要
在机械制造领域,传统自动化生产线存在生产灵活性不足、设备故障预测难等痛点,难以适应复杂多变的市场需求。因此,在工业4.0背景下,深入剖析机械制造自动化生产线面临的升级需求,详细阐述智能传感集成、引入时间敏感网络(Time-Sensitive Networking,TSN)技术、自学习质量管理等智能化升级手段。实验表明,智能化升级能显著提升自动化生产线的生产效率、产品质量以及设备可靠性,助力机械制造企业实现可持续发展。
In the field of mechanical manufacturing,traditional automated production lines have pain points such as insufficient production flexibility and difficulty in predicting equipment failures,making it hard to adapt to the complex and ever-changing market demands.Therefore,in the context of Industry 4.0,an in-depth analysis of the upgrading demands faced by the automated production lines of mechanical manufacturing is conducted,and intelligent upgrading measures such as intelligent sensor integration,the introduction of Time-Sensitive Networking(TSN)technology,and self-learning quality management are elaborated in detail.Experiments show that intelligent upgrading can significantly enhance the production efficiency,product quality and equipment reliability of automated production lines,and help mechanical manufacturing enterprises achieve sustainable development.
