工业互联网平台赋能制造企业数字化转型的驱动因素及作用路径研究

Research on the Driving Factors and Pathways of Industrial Internet Platforms Empowering the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要 领先企业架构的工业互联网平台正在成为制造企业数字化转型的赋能者,对于工业互联网平台赋能制造企业数字化转型的现实可行性有待形成理论认识。以海尔卡奥斯及其赋能的制造企业为案例研究对象,探究出工业互联网平台赋能制造企业数字化转型受到现实情境、高管团队注意力配置、组织主导逻辑和资源行动层面驱动因素的综合影响。现实情境驱动因素来源于技术实力、市场判断和制度环境层面,体现为工业互联网平台面临的技术领先性、共益价值主张和正式制度型机会引导,以及制造企业面临的技术落后性、场景价值诉求和非正式制度型压力驱使。在现实情境驱动因素影响下,工业互联网平台、制造企业分别形成了基于创新扩散、学习吸收的高管团队注意力配置;基于可持续型生态主义、经济型依附主义的组织主导逻辑;以及基于开拓型、稳健型的资源行动。工业互联网平台赋能制造企业数字化转型的驱动因素沿着“现实情境→高管团队注意力配置→组织主导逻辑→资源行动”的传导路径发挥作用。根据双方面临的驱动因素特点,提出供需对称概念,用以理论抽象与阐释工业互联网平台与制造企业的对立统一关系,揭示工业互联网平台赋能制造企业数字化转型的现实可行性,为数字经济背景下以工业互联网平台助力大中小企业数字化转型与融通发展提供启示。 The industrial internet platform is becoming an enabler of digital transformation for manufacturing enterprises.However,the theoretical understanding of the practical feasibility of industrial internet platforms empowering the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is yet to be developed.Since this empowerment involves two main actors the supply-side industrial internet platform and the demand-side manufacturing enterprises only by considering the positions,contexts,and value demands of both sides can a systematic framework of driving factors be constructed and the essential causesof practicalfeasibilitybeclarified.This study adopts a case study approach,selecting Haier COSMOPlat and the manufacturing enterprises it empowers as the research subjects.It explores the driving factors and pathways through which the industrial internet platform empowers the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the characteristics of the driving factors faced by both sides,the concept of supply-demand symmetry is introduced to theoretically abstract the dialectical relationship between the industrial internet platform and manufacturing enterprises,thereby revealing the practical feasibility of the platform's role in empowering the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The main findings of the study indicate that the empowerment of manufacturing enterprises'digital transformation by industrial internet platform is influenced by a combination of driving factors at the levels of the real-world context,executive team attention allocation,organizational dominant logic,and resource actions.The driving factors at the real-world context level stem from technology capabilities,market judgment,and institutional environment,as the technological leadership,shared value propositions,and formal institutional opportunities guiding faced by industrial internet platform,as well as the technological lag,scenario-based value demands,and informal institutional pressures faced by manufacturing enterprises.Under the influence of real-world context-driven factors,industrial internet platform and manufacturing enterprises each form executive team attention allocation based on innovation diffusion and absorptive learning;organizational dominant logics based on sustainable ecologism and economic dependency;and resource actions based on exploratory and conservative strategies.The driving factors for industrial internet platforms empowering the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises operate along the transmission path of"real-world context→executive team attention allocation→organizational dominantlogicresourceactions".Based on the characteristics of the driving factors faced by both sides,it is evident that the interdependence between the supply-side industrial internet platform and the demand-side manufacturing enterprises,driven by their shared long-term development strategies,is what fundamentally triggers the empowerment of manufacturing enterprises'digital transformation by industrial internet platform.This study defines the dialectical relationship between the supply-side and demand-side as supply-demand symmetry,which is categorized into four types:conforming,expanding,flexible,and pioneering.The fundamental reason for the practical feasibility of industrial internet platforms empowering the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises lies in the realization of supply-demand symmetry between the industrial internet platform and manufacturing enterprises.Through their mutual growth and adaptation,they establish a stable and resilient relationship framework that maintains dynamic alignment at all times.
