摘要
目的:本文通过网络药理学研究,对参芪通脉汤治疗糖尿病足的机制进行探索,并寻求相关信号通路。方法:采用TCMPS检索参芪通脉汤的有效成分,通过GeneCards数据库、TTD数据库检索糖尿病足相关靶点,采用Cytoscape 3.10.3软件构建参芪通脉汤活性成分-靶点网络图,通过Metascape数据库探索参芪通脉汤治疗糖尿病足相关信号通路。结果:参芪通脉汤有效成分230个,参芪通脉汤与糖尿病足交集靶点79个,对交集靶点分析后共得到281条信号通路。结论:通过KEGG富集分析可知,AGE-RAGE信号通路和MAPK信号通路在参芪通脉汤治疗糖尿病足中起重要作用。
Objective:This paper aims to explore the mechanism of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot through network pharmacology study and seek related signaling pathways.Method:TCMPS was used to retrieve the active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,GeneCards database and TTD database were used to retrieve the related targets of diabetic foot,Cytoscape 3.10.3 software was used to construct the network diagram of active ingredients-targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,and the related signaling pathways of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot were explored through the Metascape database.Result:There were 230 active ingredients of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction,79 intersecting targets of Shenqi Tongmai Decoction and diabetic foot,and a total of 281 signaling pathways were obtained after the analysis of the intersection targets.Conclusion:According to KEGG enrichment analysis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway play an important role in the treatment of diabetic foot with Shenqi Tongmai Decoction.
