摘要
目的:观察生脉注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽和呋塞米治疗老年急性心力衰竭的效果。方法:按照随机信封法对2022年6月-2024年6月广东祈福医院收治的老年急性心力衰竭患者80例进行分组,两组均进行常规治疗,以此为基础,对照组(40例)采用重组人脑利钠肽和呋塞米治疗,观察组(40例)联用生脉注射液,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床疗效、MAP、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)高于对照组,中医证候积分、脑钠肽(BNP)、静息HR、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽和呋塞米治疗老年急性心力衰竭患者,能够改善心衰症状,进一步提高其心功能。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmai Injection combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Furosemide in the treatment of elderly acute heart failure.Method:From June 2022 to June 2024,80 elderly patients with acute heart failure admitted to Guangdong Clifford Hospital were randomly divided into two groups using the random envelope method.Both groups received routine treatment,and on this basis,the control group(40 cases)was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Furosemide,while the observation group(40 cases)was additional treated with Shengmai Injection.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The clinical efficacy,MAP,6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and cardiac output(CO)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),resting HR,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shengmai Injection,Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,and Furosemide in the treatment of elderly patients with acute heart failure can improve heart failure symptoms,and further improve their cardiac function.
