摘要
目的探讨牙髓炎患者牙髓血流灌注特征,并分析有症状不可复性牙髓炎的影响因素。方法随机选取2023年12月—2024年8月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院接受治疗的120例牙髓炎患者为研究对象,均接受牙髓血流值检查,根据疾病类别将其分为可复性牙髓炎组(n=40)、有症状不可复性牙髓炎组(n=80),进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析有症状不可复性牙髓炎的影响因素。结果单因素分析:两组的性别、年龄、牙髓血流值对比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析:女性、年龄>40岁、牙髓血流值≤6.165是有症状不可复性牙髓炎的独立危险因素(OR=1.533,20.989,1.758;P均<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、牙髓血流值等均可能成为不可复性牙髓炎的影响因素,可作为临床治疗该类疾病依据。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of pulp blood perfusion in patients with pulpitis,and to ana-lyze the influencing factors of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with pulpitis who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from December 2023 to August 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients received pulp blood flow examination.According to the disease category,they were divided into reversible pulpitis group(n=40)and symptomatic irreversible pulpitis group(n=80).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors of symptom-atic irreversible pulpitis.Results Univariate analysis:there were significant differences in gender,age and pulp blood flow between the two groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis:female,age>40 years old,pulp blood flow value≤6.165 were independent risk factors for symptomatic irreversible pulpitis(OR=1.533,20.989,1.758;all P<0.05).Conclusion Gender,age,pulp blood flow value and so on may be the influencing factors of irreversible pulpitis,which can be used as the basis for clinical treatment of this kind of disease.
