iRoot BP Plus和MTA用于龋源性露髓乳磨牙活髓切断术的疗效分析 被引量:34

Effects Analysis of iRoot BP Plus and MTA as a Pulp Capping Material in Primary Molars with Carious Pulp Exposure Treated by Pulpotomy

摘要 目的评估全身麻醉下iRoot BP Plus和三氧化矿物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)对龋源性露髓的乳磨牙行活髓切断术成功率的影响。方法选择2018-03/2019-01月35名在全麻下治疗口腔多颗龋齿的患儿,共92颗乳磨牙龋源性露髓,使用随机数字表法将92颗龋源性露髓的乳磨牙随机分为iRoot BP Plus组(n=45)和MTA组(n=47),其中iRoot BP Plus组乳磨牙选用iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂,MTA组乳磨牙选用MTA作为盖髓剂。对治疗3、6和12个月的临床和影像学资料进行随访,评估其治疗效果。结果在3个月随访时,两组在临床和影像学上的成功率均为100%;6个月时,iRoot BP Plus组的临床和影像学成功率均为97.78%,而MTA组均为95.74%;12个月结束时,iRoot BP Plus组的临床和影像学成功率分别为95.56%和93.33%,而MTA组分别为91.49%和89.36%,两组的成功率在临床和影像学上,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全麻下行iRoot BP Plus和MTA盖髓治疗乳磨牙龋源性露髓,效果显著,因iRoot BP Plus操作的便利性,可广泛应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of iRoot BP Plus and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)on the pulpotomies performed on primary molars with carious pulp exposures under general anesthesia.Methods From March 2018 to January 2019,a total of 35 children with carious pulp exposure were treated with vital pulpotomy under general anesthesia,including 92 primary molars,and which were randomly divided into iRoot BP Plus group(n=45)and MTA group(n=47).The iRoot BP Plus was selected as pulp capping agent in iRoot BP Plus group,the MTA was selected as pulp capping agent in MTA group.The clinical efficacy of treatment under the 3,6 and 12 months were evaluated by clinical and radiographic examinations follow-up.Results At the 3-month follow-up,the clinical and radiographic success rates of the two groups were 100%.At 6-month,the success rates of the two groups were 97.78%and 95.74%,respectively.At 12-month,the clinical and radiographic success rates of iRoot BP Plus group were 95.56%and 93.33%,and the MTA group were 91.49%and 89.36%,respectively.There were no significant differences in clinical and radiographic success rates between the two groups at different follow-up time points(P>0.05).Conclusion IRoot BP Plus and MTA capping pulp under general anesthesia for the treatment of deciduous molar caries exposed pulp with significant effect,iRoot BP Plus can be widely used due to the convenience of operation.
