摘要
目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rb-bFGF)滴眼液联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)性干眼症的疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月莱阳市中医医院收治的102例MGD性干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组51例。对照组给予睑板腺按摩治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加以rb-bFGF滴眼液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、睑板腺完整度评分、眼表疾病指数(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(tear film break-up time,BUT)、SchirmerⅠ试验(SⅠt)、泪河宽度、角膜结膜荧光素染色(corneal fluorescein staining,FL)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组睑板腺完整度评分、OSDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组BUT、SⅠt长于对照组,泪河宽度大于对照组,FL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论rb-bFGF滴眼液联合睑板腺按摩治疗MGD性干眼症的疗效显著,能促进眼表功能结构恢复,改善患者泪膜稳定性,增加泪液基础分泌量,且不会增加不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)eye drops combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)dry eye.Methods 102 patients with MGD dry eye admitted to Laiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meibomian gland massage,while the study group was treated with rb-bFGF eye drops on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,meibomian gland integrity score,ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,tear film break-up time(BUT),SchirmerⅠtest(SⅠt),lacrimal river width,corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The meibomian gland integrity score and OSDI score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The BUT and SⅠt in the study group were longer than those in the control group,the lacrimal river width was greater than that in the control group,and the FL score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion rb-bFGF eye drops combined with meibomian gland massage is effective in the treatment of MGD dry eye,which can promote the recovery of ocular surface functional structure,improve the stability of tear film and increase the basic secretion of tear without increasing incidence of adverse reactions.
