摘要
多糖是牛膝药材中所含的主要功效成分之一,牛膝多糖(ABPS)具有广泛的药理活性,ABPS的提取方法主要有水提取、超声波提取、微波提取和生物酶提取等方法,ABPS的纯化方法主要包括去除蛋白质、脱除盐及树脂柱层析等方法。不同提取纯化方法得到的ABPS结构和功效也不相同。ABPS功效较多,主要有抗肿瘤、调节免疫力、降低血糖、抗骨质疏松、抗氧化等活性。通过综述牛膝的提取纯化、结构及药理活性等内容,为牛膝多糖的进一步研究和深度利用提供参考。
Polysaccharides is one of the main chemical constituents in Achyranthes bidentata(ABPS),ABPS has a wide range of pharmacological activities.The extraction methods of ABPS mainly include hot water extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction and enzyme-assisted extraction.Purification methods of ABPS mainly include remove the protein,desalination and column chromatography.The structure and efficacy of ABPS obtained by different extraction and purification methods were also different.ABPS has anti-tumor,immunoregulation,hypoglycemic,anti-osteoporosis,antioxidant and other activities.The extraction and purification,structure and pharmacological activity of ABPS were reviewed to provide reference for further research and deep utilization of ABPS.
