摘要
单萜类化合物是一种广泛存在于植物中,具有多种生理功能的天然植物次生代谢产物,具有消炎解热、防腐杀菌、免疫调节、祛风抗癌等功效,应用前景广阔。文章对含有单萜类化合物的植物进行总结和分类,介绍了单萜类化合物的提取纯化方法,并总结了近年来主要单萜类化合物的研究成果,以期为开发含有健康天然的单萜类化合物的产品提供参考。
Monoterpenes are a type of plant secondary metabolites that are widely present in plants and possess various physiological functions.They have anti-inflammatory,antipyretic,antiseptic,bactericidal,immunomodulatory,wind-dispelling,and anti-cancer effects,and have broad application prospects.This paper summarizes and classifies plants containing monoterpenes,introduces their extraction and purification methods,and summarizes the research achievements of main monoterpenes in recent years,aiming at providing reference for the development of healthy and natural monoterpene products.
