摘要
魄门相关理论源流始于唐代,形成于宋代,至明代逐渐系统化。从中医古籍及现代医学相关研究基础出发,基于“魄门主收闭,承君火发生”“魄门行糟粕,为心神所使”“魄门司开阖,得心血所养”“魄门掌传导,受心气所运”四个维度,探讨“心运魄门”的内涵及临床意义。一方面,魄门功能承君火发生、受心血所养、受心气所运、以心为用;另一方面,“心运魄门”理论为肛肠疾病从心论治提供理论依据。临床以此为切入点,通过温心阳、察心神、补心血、调心气,治疗魄门之疾。
The origins of the theories of the Pomen date back to the Tang Dynasty,forming in the Song Dynasty.And the theories were gradually systematized by the Ming Dynasty.Starting from the research foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,this article explores the connotation and clinical significance of Heart Regulating the Pomen,which is based on four dimensions,The Pomen dominates contraction and closure,which is essentially based on the sovereign fire,Anal control of dross,driven by the mind,The Pomen controls the opening and closing,receiving the nourishment of the heart blood,and Pomen controls transmission and is influenced by heart Qi.On one hand,the function of the Pomen is based on the sovereignty fire,heart blood and heart Qi,taking the heart as its central function.On the other hand,the theory of Heart Regulating the Pomen provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of anorectal diseases from the perspective of the heart.Therefore,in clinical practice,this can be used as a starting point to treat diseases of the soul gate by warming the heart yang,controlling the mind,nourishing heart blood,and regulating heart Qi.
