应用型本科高校教师发展体系建设的研究与实践——以合肥大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 应用型本科高校占我国本科院校的“半壁江山”,教师发展是推动应用型本科高校内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展的关键。通过全面呈现应用型本科高校教师发展的现状,发现当前应用型本科高校教师发展诸多困境。在此基础上,提出构建“一根本、两强化、四提升、一聚焦”的应用型本科高校教师发展体系,并运用于合肥大学教师能力发展工作实践中,取得了良好的效果。 Applicationoriented undergraduate universities account for half of all undergraduate institutions in China.Teacher development is the key to promoting the connotative,distinctive,and innovative development of applicationoriented undergraduate universities.By comprehensively presenting the current situation of teacher development in application-oriented undergraduate universities,it is found that there are many predicaments in the teacher development of current application-oriented undergraduate universities.On this basis,a teacher development system for application-oriented undergraduate universities is proposed,which is characterized by“one foundation,two enhancements,four improvements,and one focus”,and it has been applied to the teacher capacity development practice of Hefei University,achieving positive results.
