地方高校教师教学发展中心建设的困境与路径突破--基于A省8所高校的考察 被引量:1

摘要 高等教育高质量发展背景下,高校教师教学发展中心是有组织促进教师队伍建设的重要保障。通过针对A省8所地方高校的教师教学发展中心运行情况展开研究,发现地方高校普遍存在:缺乏系统科学规划,行政取向占据主导;实践运行逻辑单向化,保障机制缺乏创新;机构职能发展单一,活动成效不显著;组织边界模糊,专业化程度亟待提升;建制合理性不足,缺乏有效协调机制等问题。基于此,提出通过政策引导,延拓多元化教师发展空间;强化意识,完善组织制度保障;协同治理,实现资源合作共享;完善机制,提高全面服务成效;固本培元,营造卓越教学文化等,实现地方高校教师教学发展中心建设的路径突破。 Under the background of highquality development,the teaching development center of university teachers is an important guarantee for the organized promotion of the construction of teachers team.Through the investigation of the operation of teaching development center in 8 local colleges and universities in A province,it is found that the common problems in local colleges and universities are:lack of systematic scientific planning,dominant administrative orientation,onesided operation logic,lack of innovative guarantee mechanism,single function of the organization,insignificant effect of activities,fuzzy organizational boundary,insufficient specialization,and lack of institutional rationality and effective coordination mechanism.Based on this,it is proposed to extend the development space of diversified teachers through policy guidance,strengthen the consciousness of organizational development and perfect the system guarantee,realize resource cooperation and sharing under collaborative governance,perfect the mechanism to improve the overall service effectiveness.To achieve a breakthrough in the construction of local university teachers’teaching development center,it is necessary to consolidate the foundation and build an excellent teaching culture.
