摘要
“双师型”教师专业发展水平直接影响着职业教育的吸引力和竞争力。采用扎根理论方法,基于产教融合真实情境,对26位高职教师深度访谈。通过对数据的三级编码,构建了产教融合促进“双师型”教师专业发展的影响路径模型。研究发现:政策出台实施、行企资源配套、院校机制调控、教师个体驱动、社会环境认可和学生发展反馈等6个主范畴因素协同影响“双师型”教师专业发展。为此,应以终身化理念持续提升“双师型”教师专业发展能力;以多元化资源联动搭建“双师型”教师专业发展平台;以长效化管理稳固落实“双师型”教师专业发展机制。
The professional development level of"dual-qualified"tet achers directly affects the attractiveness and competitiveness of vocational education.This research adopted the grounded theory method based on the real context of industry-education integration,in-depth interviews were conducted with 26 vocational college teachers.By encoding the data at three levels,it constructs an impact path model for industry-education integration.Research has found that six main categories of factors,including policy implementation,enterprise resources matching,institutional mechanism regulation,individual drive,social environment recognition and student development feedback,work together to affect the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers.However,continuously improving the professional development abilities of"dual-qualified"teachers with a lifelong concept,building a"dual-qualified"teachers professional development platform through diversified resources linkage and implementing a"dual-qualified"teachers professional development mechanism through long-term management are effective ways to promote the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers through industry-education integration.
