摘要
在探讨数字素养对医疗决策的具体影响机制的基础上,采用定性研究方法研究了患者数字素养对医疗决策的影响,基于扎根理论进行深入访谈与数据分析,研究发现:(1)数字素养通过信息获取能力、评估判断能力和技术使用能力三方面直接影响医疗决策质量;(2)数字素养的不足加剧医疗信息不对称,增加患者焦虑感;(3)患者的数字素养水平与其年龄、教育背景和技术接触频率相关。基于教育、技术、沟通和伦理四个维度提出,为个性化数字素养提升、数字医疗工具优化、人文化医患沟通以及伦理规范建设具体干预路径。
This study aims to explore the specific mechanisms of the impact of digital literacy on medical decision-making.It employs qualitative research methods,conducting in-depth interviews and data analysis based on grounded theory.The findings reveal that:(1)Digital literacy directly influences the quality of medical decisions through three aspects:information acquisition ability,evaluative judgment ability,and technology usage skills;(2)Insufficient digital literacy exacerbates medical information asymmetry,heightens patient anxiety;(3)Patients'digital literacy level are associated with their age,educational background,and frequency of technology use.This study proposes specific intervention pathways based on four dimensions:education,technology,communication,and ethics,providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for personalized digital literacy enhancement,optimization of digital healthcare tools,patient-centered doctor–patient communication,and the establishment of ethical standards.
