立式船用离心泵噪声特性数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Noise Characteristics of Vertical Marine Centrifugal Pump

摘要 为研究船用离心泵运行时的噪声特性,采用计算流体动力学与计算声学相结合的方法,对某立式两级船用离心泵的水动力噪声进行了模拟分析。通过对船用离心泵内部非定常流动引起的噪声进行数值计算,分析其水动力噪声的频谱特性和外声场的分布规律。结果表明:离心泵内部流致噪声产生的主要原因是叶轮与隔舌的动静干涉,尤其是在低频段时,流致噪声的辐射声压级较高,且呈现出离散的宽频谱特性;通过对壳体附近声场的声压级云图进行分析,发现离心泵内部声场的声压级幅值与频率无关,而外部声场的声压级与频率相关;在径向平面上,低频段噪声指向性较弱,但随着频率的增加,噪声辐射的指向性逐渐呈现出偶极子特征,在三倍叶频时辐射声压指向性初现偶极子特征,在五倍叶频时则表现出四极子特征;由径向平面壳体附近振速云图可知,隔舌附近的振速较高,成为噪声辐射的主要来源,在低频段时尤为显著。 This study combined computational fluid dynamics and computational acoustics to simulate and analyze the hydrodynamic noise of a vertical two-stage marine centrifugal pump.The spectral characteristics of the hydrodynamic noise and the distribution of the external sound field were analyzed by numerically calculating the noise induced by unsteady flow within the cen-trifugal pump.The results indicate that the primary cause of the flow-induced internal noise is the rotorstator interaction between the impeller and the volute tongue.In particular,in the low-fre-quency range,the radiated sound pressure level is high and exhibits discrete broadband character-istics.Comparative analysis of the sound pressure level sound maps near the pump shell reveals that the amplitude of the sound pressure level in the internal sound field is independent of frequen-cy.In contrast,the sound pressure level in the external sound field varies with sound frequency.Low-frequency noise exhibits weak directivity in the radial plane.However,as frequency increas-es,the directivity of noise radiation gradually develops into dipole characteristics.The blade-pass-ing frequency exhibits dipole characteristics at three instances,and quadrupole characteristics at five instances.The vibration velocity distribution near the radial plane shows that the vibration ve-locity near the volute tongue is significantly higher,identifying it as a major source of noise radia-tion,especially in the low-frequency range.
