摘要
文中以某渠道灌溉区为例,对水利工程灌溉防渗渠道衬砌设计方案及施工技术深入分析,并对工后防渗渠道衬砌应用效果进行评价。通过对工后各工艺性能检测得知,项目施工模板偏移量为1.5mm,平整度为0.5mm,钢筋保护层厚度为1.2mm,混凝土浇筑完后表面平整度为0.5mm,钻芯获取的芯样表面完整无损,且抗压强度达到29.5MPa,均满足设计要求;表明本工程采用的设计、施工方案应用效果良好。
Taking a channel irrigation area as an example,the paper deeply analyzes the design scheme and construction technology of irrigation anti-seepage channel lining of hydraulic engineering,and evaluates the application effect of anti-seepage channel lining after construction.According to the post-construction process performance test,the offset of the project construction template is 1.5mm,the flatness is 0.5mm,the thickness of the reinforcement protective layer is 1.2mm,the surface flatness of the concrete after pouring is 0.5mm,the surface of the core sample obtained by drilling is intact,and the compressive strength reaches 29.5MPa,all of which meet the design requirements.It shows that the design and construction scheme adopted in this project has good application effect.
