摘要
基于循环农业发展的“减量化,再循环,再利用”原则。经过分析甘肃省自然资源现状,发现由于特殊地形原因,自然资源分布不均匀。因此,将甘肃省划分为河西走廊、陇东、中部干旱区、中部黄河灌溉区、陇南和天水南部、高原高寒六大区域,分别根据自身特点探究循环农业经济发展模式。基于此,选取2004—2023年相关指标进行实证分析,得出20年间甘肃省循环农业发展水平呈现逐年上升趋势。其中,经济发展指标和环境友好指标均呈现稳定增长态势,资源节约指标增长幅度较小。说明甘肃省在农业经济增长与生态环境保护方面实现了较好的协同发展,但资源利用效率仍有待提升。根据上述结论提出甘肃省循环农业发展的可行性建议。
Based on the principles of“reduction,recycling,and reuse”in the development of circular agriculture,this paper analyzes the current situation of natural resources in Gansu Province and finds that due to its special topography,the distribution of natural resources is uneven.Therefore,Gansu Province is divided into six major regions:Hexi Corridor,Longdong,Central Arid Region,Central Yellow River Irrigation Area,Southern Longnan and Tianshui,and Alpine Plateau.The development models of circular agricultural economy are explored according to the characteristics of each region.Based on this,relevant indicators from 2004 to 2023 are selected for empirical analysis,and the results show that the development level of circular agriculture in Gansu Province has shown a year-by-year upward trend in the past 20 years.Among them,economic development indicators and environmental friendliness indicators have shown a steady growth trend,while resource conservation indicators have shown a small growth range.This indicates that Gansu Province has achieved good coordinated development in agricultural economic growth and ecological environment protection,but the efficiency of resource utilization still needs to be improved.Finally,feasible suggestions for the development of circular agriculture in Gansu Province are put forward based on the above conclusions.
