摘要
针对高校车辆工程专业汽车性能实验教学危险性高、场地受限、设备昂贵、学生实践能力培养欠缺等问题,应用CarSim/Unity3D开发了一套稳定可靠的汽车性能硬件在环虚拟仿真实验系统,并建立了基于汽车性能实验方法国家标准的实验场景参数化模型。同时开发了汽车动力学联合仿真模块,实现实验场景三维可视化功能,并借助C#及虚拟串口技术完成软件层和硬件层的数据交互。与实车实验相比,各项仿真实验数据误差均不超过6.3%,且变化规律吻合。该虚拟实验系统也可用于实践教学。
To address the issues of high risk,limited space,costly equipment,and lack of students’practical ability cultivation in automotive performance experimental teaching for vehicle engineering students,a stable and reliable hardware-in-the-loop virtual experimental system was developed based on CarSim/Unity3D,a parametric experimental scene model was built according to national standards.A joint simulation module for vehicle dynamics was developed to visualize the three-dimensional experimental environment.Data interaction between software and hardware layers was achieved through C#and virtual serial port technology.Compared to real vehicle experiments,the simulation error is within 63%,with consistent variation trends.This system integrates virtual experimental can also be used in practical teaching.
