摘要
本文针对现有轴箱轴承故障诊断系统存在的诊断效率低、数据呈现不直观、交互性差等问题,设计开发了轴箱轴承故障诊断系统,借助Unity 3D完成可视化界面的设计与搭建,通过编写C#脚本和设计UI组件来实现用户交互。对系统性能进行测试时,在故障诊断功能模块中选择调用故障诊断模型对核心功能进行验证,测试结果表明,该系统能实时呈现轴箱轴承运动状态、故障诊断结果以及数据的可视化。该系统不仅为维修人员提供了直观的培训平台,也为故障诊断提供了新的技术路径,有效解决了传统方法中存在的痛点,具有重要的理论与工程应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low diagnosis efficiency,non-intuitive data presentation and poor interaction in the existing axle box bearing fault diagnosis system,this paper designs and develops a bearing fault diagnosis system,and completes the design and construction of visual interface with the help of Unity 3D,and realizes user interaction by writing C#scripts and designing UI components.When testing the system performance,the fault diagnosis model is selected in the fault diagnosis function module.The test results show that the system can present the movement state,fault diagnosis results and data visualization of axle box bearings in real time.The system not only provides an intuitive training platform for maintenance personnel,but also provides a new technical path for fault diagnosis,effectively solving the pain points existing in traditional methods,and has important theoretical and engineering application value.
