摘要
智能制造人才培养对于支撑“中国制造2025”和促进中国制造业崛起都有着十分重要的意义。但是目前的智能制造人才培养主要偏重知识和技能的灌输,对于工程思维、团队合作、职业精神等非技术能力的培养还十分匮乏。面向新工科智能制造工程专业人才培养需求,设计“2+2+X”智能制造专业人才培养方案、构建“三阶段、面向全产业链”实践教学体系、建设“一核心、四层次、三支撑”实践创新平台、凝练面向大工程观的“三融合”CDIO工程教育理念,以期能够为新工科背景下智能制造人才培养提供借鉴。
The cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents is of great significance in supporting"Made in China 2025"and promoting the rise of China's manufacturing industry.However,the current cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents mainly focuses on imparting knowledge and skills,and the cultivation of non-technical abilities such as engineering thinking,teamwork,and engineering management is still very weak.In response to the demand for cultivating intelligent manufacturing talents in new engineering disciplines,a"2+2+X"intelligent manufacturing professional talent training plan has been designed,a"three-stage,whole industry chain oriented"practical teaching system has been constructed,a"one core,four levels,and three supports"practical innovation platform has been constructed,and the"three integration"CDIO engineering education concept,which is oriented towards the big engineering perspective,has been condensed.The aim is to provide reference for the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in the context of new engineering disciplines.
