摘要
报道1例敌草快中毒导致横纹肌溶解症患者的临床救治经过。给予洗胃、导泻、血液净化、补液、促进毒物排出、脏器支持等对症治疗,患者各项指标恢复正常,痊愈出院。
This paper reports the clinical treatment experience of a case of rhabdomyolysis caused by diquat poisoning.Symptomatic treatment was given,such as gastric lavage and catharsis,blood purification,fluid rehydration,promoting the discharge of poison,and organ support.All indicators of the patient returned to normal,and the patient was discharged after recovery.
