摘要
报道1例33岁患者自服高效氯氟氰菊酯后出现癫痫持续状态,并发横纹肌溶解表现,颅脑CT未见明显异常。给予洗胃、导泻、有创机械通气、血液灌流+连续性血液净化、控制抽搐等综合治疗后好转出院。
A 33-year-old case was reported to have status epilepticus after taking lambda-cyhalothrin,accompanied by rhabdomyolysis,and no obvious abnormality was found in brain CT.The patient was discharged after comprehensive treatment such as gastric lavage,catharsis,invasive mechanical ventilation,hemoperfusion+continuous blood purification,and convulsion control.
