摘要
朱丹溪《格致余论·慈幼论》立足小儿“阴常不足”的生理特点,分别从先天禀赋、自然环境、社会环境等方面论述了小儿养生的要点。主张孕母当谨养以免影响胎儿禀赋;乳母当谨节以免影响乳汁质量;小儿当忌辛燥难化饮食以免损伤肠胃,下衣宜薄以保阴气;家庭环境当和谐以养小儿性情德行,进一步丰富了小儿养生思想。重视“养阴”是朱丹溪育儿思想的一大特色,对于现代小儿的养护具有重要借鉴意义,值得深入挖掘与研究。
ZHU Danxi's Gezhi Yulun:On Caring Children elaborates on key principles of child healthcare based on children's physiological characteristic of"having chronic yin deficiency."The text systematically addresses nurturing requirements from three dimensions:congenital endowment-emphasizing prudent maternal care during pregnancy to preserve fetal constitution;natural environment-recommending wet nurses maintain dietary discipline to ensure milk quality,and advising against pungent/dry foods to protect infant digestion while suggesting light clothing to conserve yin qi;and social environment-advocating harmonious family settings to cultivate emotional stability and moral development.ZHU's distinctive emphasis on"yin nourishment"significantly enriches pediatric healthcare theory,offering valuable insights for modern child-rearing practices that warrant further exploration.
