摘要
为了解决采用强酸、强碱法从煤焦油中提取酚类、萘类物质污染大、提取率低的不足,提出了一种新的基于复合溶剂的煤焦油中酚类等物质提取技术。研究在对复合溶剂提取机理进行分析的基础上,建立了酚类物质提取实验平台,对不同温度、溶剂比、含水量情况下的提取效果进行了研究,结果表明,当反应温度为79℃、容积比为2.6、含水质量分数为5%的情况下对苯酚的提取率达到了99.6%,对萘的提取率达到了99.1%,具有环境友好性高、提取率高的优点。
In order to solve the problems of high pollution and low extraction rate of phenolic and naphthalene substances extracted from coal tar by strong acid and strong alkali methods,a new extraction technology for phenolic and other substances in coal tar based on composite solvents is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the extraction mechanism of composite solvents,this article established an experimental platform for extracting phenolic substances,and studied the extraction effects under different temperatures,solvent ratios,and water contents.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 79℃,the volume ratio was 2.6,and the water content was 5%,the extraction rate of phenol reached 99.6%,and the extraction rate of naphthalene reached 99.1%,which has the advantages of high environmental friendliness and high extraction rate.
