反应温度对废轮胎热解油催化加氢反应性能的影响

摘要 采用大孔结构的Ni-Mo/Al_(2)O_(3)加氢催化剂,在高压反应釜内考察了反应温度对废轮胎热解油加氢反应性能的影响,并分析了加氢液体产物和汽油馏分的组成。结果表明:随反应温度升高,热解油重组分可以全部加氢转化为轻质馏分油,轻质油收率高达77.36%;促进了硫氮杂元素的脱除,脱硫率和脱氮率分别达到91.95%,28.00%;同时强化了芳构化反应,热解油中茚类、萘及萘类双环芳烃质量分数增加,其中汽油馏分中硫、氮元素的质量分数可分别降低至0.005%,0.008%,是适宜的汽油调和组分。 The effect of reaction temperature on the hydrogenation performance of waste tire pyrolysis oil was investigated in a high-pressure reactor by using Ni-Mo/Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst with a large pore structure,and the composition of hydrogenation liquid products and gasoline fractions was analyzed.The results showed that as the reaction temperature increased,the heavy fraction of pyrolysis oil could be fully hydrogenated and converted into light distillate oil,the light oil yield was up to 77.36%.It promoted the removal of sulfur and nitrogen impurities,and desulfurization and denitrification rates reached 91.95% and 28.00%,respectively.At the same time,the aromatization reaction was strengthened,and the mass fractions of indenes,naphthalene,and naphthalene based bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the pyrolysis oil were increased.Among them,the mass fractions of sulfur and nitrogen elements in the gasoline fraction could be reduced to 0.005% and 0.008%,respectively,which was suitable gasoline blending component.
