考虑碳排放的货车时空限行措施设计与评价

Design and Evaluation of Time-space Restriction Measures for Trucks Considering Carbon Emission

摘要 重型货车是城市交通碳排放的重要来源,引导货车时空均匀分布能有效降低城市交通碳排放。本文依据上海市货车轨迹数据分析出行及行驶特征;基于CORPET碳排放计算模型计算货车碳排放,探究运行货车的碳排放-速度关系,即车速小于40km/h时,碳排放量急剧上升,车速大于60km/h时,碳排放的车速敏感性下降。将重型货车碳排放数据与研究区域进行空间匹配,掌握重型货车碳排放的时间分布特征、空间分布特征。在此基础上,设计通过识别货车怠速行驶的高发时段及区域设置货车限行,引导货车出行的时空均匀分布的限行技术流程。采用行驶里程法计算碳减排效益计算,结果显示,当货车货车出行的平均速度达到60km/h,货车累计日碳排放量可降低至190t以下,碳减排量达到12%。 Heavy trucks are a significant source of urban traffic carbon emissions.Guiding the spatiotemporal distribution of trucks can effectively reduce urban traffic carbon emissions.This paper analyzes the travel and driving characteristics of trucks based on trajectory data from Shanghai.Using the CORPET carbon emission calculation model,the carbon emissions of trucks are calculated,and the relationship between truck speed and carbon emissions is explored.It is found that when the speed is below 40 km/h,carbon emissions increase sharply,and when the speed exceeds 60 km/h,the sensitivity of carbon emissions to speed decreases.By spatially matching heavy truck carbon emission data with the study area,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of heavy truck carbon emissions are identified.Based on this,a restricted traffic control process is designed,which identifies high-frequency periods and areas of truck idling to guide a uniform spatiotemporal distribution of truck trips.The mileage method is used to calculate the carbon reduction benefits,and the results show that when the average speed of truck trips reaches 60 km/h,the cumulative daily carbon emissions of trucks can be reduced to below 190 tons,with a carbon reduction rate of 12%.
