基于全生命周期理论的建筑碳排放强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 为定性定量分析建筑物的碳排放强度指标,基于全生命周期理论计算方法,采用东禾建筑碳排放计算分析软件V3.0,利用准稳态方法和碳排放因子法将各部分活动形成的能源与材料消耗量乘以对应的CO_(2)排放因子,对某高校的图文中心新建项目进行碳排放数据分析。通过对该项目全生命周期不同活动阶段碳排放量的计算,分别得到该项目的单位面积碳排放强度指标、平均每年碳排放强度指标以及平均每年单位面积碳排放强度指标。针对不同体量和不同使用年限的建筑物,建议使用平均每年单位面积碳排放强度指标,以更好地描述其全生命周期的碳排放强度。该项目全生命周期的平均每年单位面积碳排放强度为40.62 kgCO_(2)e·m^(-2)·a^(-1)。 To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the carbon emission intensity indicators of buildings,based on the full life cycle theory calculation method,the"Donghe Building Carbon Emission Calculation and Analysis Software V3.0"software developed was used.The quasi steady state method and carbon emission factor method were used to multiply the energy and material consumption of each part of the activity by the corresponding carbon dioxide emission factor.The carbon emission data of the new construction project of the graphic and text center in a certain university was analyzed.By calculating the carbon emissions at different stages of the project′s lifecycle,the unit area carbon emission intensity index,average annual carbon emission intensity index,and average annual unit area carbon emission intensity index of the project were obtained.For buildings of different sizes and service lives,it is recommended to use the average annual carbon emission intensity index per unit area to better describe their carbon emission intensity throughout their entire life cycle.The average annual carbon emission intensity per unit area for the entire life cycle of this project is 40.62 kg CO_(2)e·m^(-2)·a^(-1).
