摘要
以柴芩汤(主要成分为柴胡、黄芩)为研究对象,系统探讨20℃、50℃、100℃3种浸泡温度对黄芩苷、柴胡皂苷等有效成分提取率及稳定性的影响。实验采用水作为溶剂,结合高效液相色谱法(High-performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)定量分析不同温度下的成分溶出规律。结果表明,50℃浸泡可兼顾黄芩苷的高效提取与热敏性成分的稳定性,而100℃虽显著提高总提取率,但致部分苷类分解。研究为柴芩汤工业化生产中的工艺优化提供科学依据。
This study systematically investigates the effects of soaking temperatures(20℃,50℃and 100℃)on the extraction efficiency and stability of active components,such as baicalin and saikosaponins,in Chaiqin Decoction(composed primarily of Bupleurum and Scutellaria baicalensis).Using water as the solvent and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for quantitative analysis,the dissolution patterns of key components under varying temperatures were examined.Results indicate that soaking at 50℃optimally balances the high-yield extraction of baicalin with the stability of heat-sensitive constituents.By contrast,100℃significantly enhances the total extraction rate but induces partial degradation of glycosides.This research provides scientific insights for optimizing industrial production processes of Chaiqin Decoction.
