摘要
城市体检是评估和监控城市发展状况的一种重要手段,旨在预防和解决“城市病”,并确保城市规划、建设和管理的协调性。通过定期对城市各项关键指标进行全面检查,可深入了解城市的“健康”程度,并及时发现和消除那些可能威胁城市安全与发展的“危险因素”。本文结合国家、各省市关于开展城市体检工作的指导意见,以绍兴市区为例,选取城市路网、静态交通、公共交通和交通安全4个方面,共14项评价指标,建立绍兴市区的城市交通专项体检评估体系,基于专家打分法确定指标权重,最终对绍兴市区交通现状进行客观综合评价,并对综合评价指标较低的项目提出适合的改善建议。
Urban physical examination is an important means to assess and monitor the development status of a city,aiming to prevent and solve"urban diseases"and ensure the coordination of urban planning,construction and management.By conducting regular comprehensive checks on key indicators of the city,it is possible to deeply understand the"health"level of the city and promptly identify and eliminate those"risk factors"that may threaten the safety and development of the city.This paper,in combination with the guiding opinions of the state and various provinces and cities on carrying out urban physical examination work,takes Shaoxing urban area as an example,selects 14 evaluation indicators including urban road network,static traffic,public transportation and traffic safety in four aspects,and establishes a special urban traffic physical examination and evaluation system for Shaoxing urban area.Based on the expert scoring method,the weights of the indicators are determined,and finally an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the current traffic situation in Shaoxing urban area is made.For the indicators with lower comprehensive evaluation,suitable improvement suggestions are put forward.
