摘要
近年来,随着越来越多的城市开通运营有轨电车,有轨电车运营服务情况也越来越受到关注。如何合理、客观、科学地评估有轨电车的运营服务显得尤为重要。通过对淮安有轨电车进行调查分析,利用层次分析法与专家打分法相结合的方式,对淮安有轨电车运营服务进行评估分析,为淮安有轨电车的运营服务提出合理、可行的改善建议。本研究也可为其他已开通有轨电车城市的运营服务评估提供参考。
In recent years,more and more cities developed tram system,the operation and service of tramcar also attract more and more attention.It is particularly important to evaluate the tram operation service rationally,objectively,and scientifically.In this paper,through an investigation and analysis of the tram system in Huai′an City,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert scoring method are combined to evaluate and analyze the operation service of Huai′an tram,in order to put forward reasonable and feasible improvement suggestions.This study also provides reference for the evaluation of tram operation service in other cities.
