摘要
本研究基于《学位法》对硕士学位论文评价的新要求,系统分析现行硕士学位论文评价体系的现状与痛点,结合国内外先进经验,构建了“法律为基、技术赋能、学科适配”的硕士学位论文评价新体系。从制度设计、评价方式、指标设定三方面提出优化策略:一是通过分类评价框架法定化,明确学术学位以理论创新为核心、专业学位以实践成果为导向的分层评价机制;二是推动评审流程合理化与专家多元化,强化技术赋能与行业协同;三是构建动态调整、学科适配的评价指标体系,突出学术创新与实践应用的双重导向。研究旨在为构建科学、规范、灵活的硕士学位论文评价体系提供理论支持,助力《学位法》要求下研究生教育高质量发展。
Aligned with the Master's Thesis assessment mandates under China's Degree Law,this study systematically examines current evaluation frameworks,identifying systemic challenges.Synthesizing global best practices,we construct a novel assessment system anchored in legal compliance,technological enablers,and disciplinary contextualization.Optimization strategies target three dimensions:1.legally codifying differentiated evaluation frameworks that center on theoretical originality for academic degrees and applied solution impact for professional degrees;2.rationalizing appraisal protocols through diversified expertise,AI-enhanced review,and industry engagement;3.developing evidence-based indicators with disciplinary adaptability,emphasizing dual trajectories of scholarly innovation and practical implementation.This research provides theoretical foundations for establishing scientifically rigorous,standard-compliant,and adaptable assessment paradigms,advancing graduate education quality under the Degree Law's provisions.
