摘要
学位论文是衡量研究生培养质量的重要标准。文章以上海海洋大学2010-2017年硕士学位论文双盲评审和单盲评审的结果为依据,分析得出双盲评审可以更全面、真实地反映学位论文质量,是学位论文质量监控的有效措施,也是研究生培养质量的有效保障。同时针对双盲评审制度实施过程中遇到的问题,提出改进对策和建议,为各研究生培养单位开展双盲评审工作提供参考。
Dissertation is an important standard to measure the quality of graduate education.Based on the results of double-blind and single-blind evaluation of masters'theses in Shanghai Ocean University from 2010 to 2017,this paper concludes that double-blind evaluation can reflect the quality of dissertation more comprehensively and truthfully,which is an effective measure for quality control of dissertation and an effective guarantee for the quality of graduate cultivation.At the same time,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the problems encountered in the implementation of the double-blind evaluation system,which provides reference for the graduate training institutions to carry out the double-blind evaluation work.
