摘要
简述全日制专业学位研究生教育质量管理体制现状和存在的问题,分析全日制专业学位研究生教育的外部宏观质量管理和内部微观质量管理的架构及其相互关系,阐释全日制专业学位研究生教育质量的价值取向,探讨全日制专业学位研究生教育质量评价和质量管理的关键要素,提出全日制专业学位研究生质量提升的建议。
An analysis is presented on the status of and problems in the quality management framework of full time professional graduate education.Issues discussed include the structure and relationship of external macro quality management and internal micro quality management,value orientations of education quality,key factors of quality evaluation and quality management,and enhancement of student quality.
