摘要
本文建立了离子色谱法测定高氯酸生产工艺中间产物氯化钠中高氯酸根的分析方法。仪器条件为:柱温箱30℃;进样量10μL;流速1.40 mL/min;氢氧根淋洗液浓度50 mmoL/L。解决了化学分析酸碱滴定法因氯化钠中高氯酸根含量过低导致无法检出的问题。
This paper establishes an analytical method using ion chromatography for the determination of perchlorate in sodium chloride,which is an intermediate product in the production process of perchloric acid.The instrumental conditions are as follows:column oven temperature at 30°C;injection volume of 10μL;flow rate of 1.00 mL/min;eluent concentration of hydroxyl ions at 50 mmol/L.This method addresses the issue of the inability to detect low levels of perchlorate in sodium chloride using the chemical analysis acid-base titration method.
