摘要
为准确高效测定大米中的砷含量,本实验主要研究了湿法消解―原子荧光光谱法测定大米中砷含量的前处理优化改进方法,即以0.2 g大米、5 mL硝酸+5 mL过氧化氢+2滴浓硫酸为样品消解剂和最优的仪器条件进行测试。测试结果显示得到的砷标准溶液线性回归方程为:A=55.115 C-41.927,相关系数r=0.9987,方法检出限为0.074 mg/kg。测试表明该改进方法测定大米粉中的总砷含量是可行有效的。
To determine the content of arsenic in rice accurately and efficiently,In this paper,an improved pretreatment method for determination of arsenic in rice by wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.When the optimal detections were obtained as follows:0.2 g of rice、5 mL of nitric acid+5 mL of hydrogen peroxide+2 drops concentrated sulfuric acid as wet digestion liquid and the optimal instrument conditions for determination.The results showed that the regression equation of arsenic standard solution was A=55.115 C-41.927,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9987.The detection limit of this method was 0.074 mg/kg.It was indicated that it was effective and feasible to determine the total arsenic in rice flour.
