摘要
目的了解在不同环境温度下和使用柱温箱对离子色谱仪分析的影响,进一步提高检测结果的准确性。方法采用瑞士万通883型离子色谱仪在室温25℃和10℃,以及柱温箱状况下多次测定氟化物标准样品中F^-含量,对检测结果进行对比分析。结果室温为25℃和10℃时F^-保留时间分别为3.62 min和4.06 min,室温变化引起曲线峰值偏移;室温为25℃和10℃时F^-标准工作曲线相关系数(r^2)分别为0.999 8和0.999 3,测定结果的相对误差分别为1.98%和3.96%,相对标准偏差分别为1.46%和1.91%,温度下降检测结果的准确度和精密度都有所下降;使用柱温箱前后测定氟化物标准样品的相对误差分别为2.48%和0.99%,相对标准偏差分别为1.93%和1.55%,使用柱温箱状态下测量结果的准确度和精密度都较室温状态有所提高。结论离子色谱法作为测定饮用水中氟化物的国家标准方法,操作简单。环境温度变化会对色谱仪的保留时间、准确度和精密度造成影响,降低色谱柱分离效能。建议在离子色谱分析中使用柱温箱,保证色谱柱的使用温度,提高检测结果的准确性。
Objective To understand the effect of column temperature box on ion chromatograph analysis at different ambient temperatures, so as to further improve the accuracy of the test results. Methods Swiss Metrohm 883 type ion chromatograph was adopted to detect F^- content in fluoride for many times at room temperature 25 ℃ and 10 ℃, and column temperature. And the test results were compared and analyzed. Results When the room temperatures were 25 ℃ and 10 ℃, retention time of F^- was respectively 3.62 min and 4.06 min, and temperature variation caused peak curve deviation. When the room temperature was 25 ℃ and 10 ℃, standard working curve correlation coefficient of F^- was 0.999 8 and 0.999 3, and the relative errors were 1.98% and 3.96%, respectively. The relative standard deviation was 1.46% and 1.91%, respectively, and the accuracy and precision decreased with temperature drop. The relative error of standard fluoride samples before and after using column temperature box was respectively 2.48% and 0.99%, the relative standard deviation was 1.93% and 1.55%, respectively, and the accuracy and precision of the measurement results with column temperature box were improved compared with that at room temperature. Conclusion Ion chromatography is a national standard for the determination of fluoride in drinking water, and the operation is simple. Changes in ambient temperature will affect retention time, accuracy and precision of chromatograph. The separation efficiency of chromatographic column decreased. It is recommended to use column temperature box in ion chromatography analysis to ensure the operating temperature of chromatographic column and to improve the accuracy of test results.
