摘要
随着医疗技术不断进步,医疗政策不断改革优化,检验医师在诊疗过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。2022版《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准》以六大核心胜任力为导向,开创性地锚定了检验医学科的培训目标:旨在培育能够独立、规范地开展检验医学科临床工作的合格医师。教学团队希望检验医师经过检验医学科住院医师规范化培训,可以全面地学到最先进的检验技术和方法,还能理论联系实践对临床工作起到一定的指导作用,这样不仅可以提高检验医师的业务能力,还提高了他们的工作效率。为了能够全方位助力检验医学科住院医师实现核心胜任力的提升,研究团队紧密围绕检验医学科培训细则中针对六大核心胜任力的具体要求开展工作。同时笔者结合科室及各专业特点,积极探索切实有效的检验医师培养教学模式,以此来推动检验医师核心胜任力稳步进阶。
With the continuous progress of medical technology and the continuous reform and optimization of medical policy,the laboratory physician plays an increasingly important role in the process of diagnosis and treatment.Guided by six core competencies,the 2022 edition of Standardized Training Contents and Standards for Resident Physicians creatively anchored the training objectives of Laboratory Medicine,aiming at cultivating qualified doctors who can independently and standardly carry out clinical work in Laboratory Medicine.The teaching team hopes that after the standardized training of residents in laboratory medicine department,laboratory doctors can learn the most advanced laboratory techniques and methods comprehensively,and can also play a certain guiding role in clinical work by integrating theory with practice,which can not only improve the professional ability of laboratory doctors,but also improve their work efficiency.In order to help residents in laboratory medicine to improve their core competencies in an all-round way,the research team worked closely around the specific requirements of six core competencies in the training rules of laboratory medicine.At the same time,combining with the characteristics of departments and specialties,we actively explore practical and effective teaching mode for training laboratory doctors,so as to promote the steady progress of laboratory doctors'core competence.
