摘要 在当前“医教研协同”背景下,临床医学教育的质量提升成为培养高素质医学人才的关键任务之一。本文探讨了如何构建和实施符合现代医学教育需求的实习医师临床实践教学体系,以提高临床教学质量,培养具有临床思维能力和科研素养的实习医师。通过分析现有临床教学体系的不足,结合医教研协同发展的实际需求,提出系统化、规范化和多元化的教学模式,并对其在实践中的应用进行了探索。 Under the background of"Medical-teaching-research Synergy",the quality improvement of clinical medical education has become one of the key tasks in cultivating high-quality medical talents.This paper discusses how to construct and implement the clinical practice teaching system for interns in order to improve the quality of clinical teaching and train interns with the ability of clinical thinking and scientific research.Based on the analysis of the deficiency of the current clinical teaching system and the actual demand of the coordinated development of medical teaching and research,this paper puts forward a systematic,standardized and diversified teaching model,and probes into its application in practice.
