新疆地区临床青年医师教学能力培训情况的访谈分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过专家访谈法分析新疆地区临床青年医师教学能力培训现况。方法本研究于2018年12月-2019年2月采取便利抽样法分别从新疆地区十所三级综合医院教学管理科、临床一线及新疆医科大学临床教学科抽取88名专家进行半结构性访谈,并对访谈内容进行定量和定性分析。结果专家访谈结果显示,目前新疆地区各大医院对青年医师临床教学的重视程度有待提高,缺乏有效的奖励机制;一半以上的专家认为对青年医师临床教学培训方面存在单位重视程度不够、工作繁忙、无有效的激励机制、培训流于形式、无有效的监管和考核机制等。结论建立相关扶持、奖励机制及政策倾斜是保证培训效果的基石,而合理有效的培训内容和方法、健全的考核制度则是提高培训效果的重要保证。 Objective To analyze the current situation of teaching training for young clinical doctors through expert interviews in Xinjiang.Methods From December 2018 to February 2019,88 experts from the department of teaching management,clinical department and clinical teaching department in ten tertiary general hospitals of Xinjiang were selected to finish semi-structured interviews,and the contents of interviews were analyzed by quantitatively and qualitatively.Results The results of expert interviews showed that the major hospitals in Xinjiang needed to pay more attention to the clinical teaching training of young doctors and an effective reward mechanism lacked at present.More than half of the experts considered that there were some problems in the clinical teaching and training for young doctors,such as insufficient attention,busy work,no effective incentive mechanism,training in a mere formality,no effective supervision and assessment mechanism,etc.Conclusion It is the cornerstones to establish relevant support,incentive mechanism and policy inclination to ensure the training effect.Reasonable and effective training contents and methods and then sound assessment system are also important to guarantee the training effect.
