陆海全域融合视角下国土空间多功能解析及统筹优化研究——以山东省莱州市为例 被引量:1

Research on Multifunctional Identification and Spatial Pattern Optimization of Territorial Space from the Perspective of Land-sea Coordination:Taking Laizhou City in Shandong Province as an Example

摘要 研究目的:基于陆海统筹视角,依托“陆域—陆海交互区—海域”全域分析框架,探索沿海地区三生空间适宜性,为优化国土空间布局提供科学依据。研究方法:以山东省莱州市为研究区,基于2010—2023年数据,采用地图叠加、三角分类模型、空间自相关、标准差椭圆等方法,通过陆海全域拼接融合方式,识别多功能分类及空间分异特征。研究结果:(1)莱州市陆域生产、生活和生态适宜性指数均值分别为0.618、0.570和0.506,海域分别为0.540、0.420和0.492,交互区分别为0.569、0.428和0.588,经转换系数调整后得到全域融合区适宜性指数,均值分别为0.521、0.466和0.458。(2)莱州市全域三生功能均呈显著正向空间自相关,生活功能集聚最强,生态与生产功能相对分散;融合区标准差椭圆面积最大、方向性最强,呈西北—东南延展,显示其在陆海要素耦合与产业联动下正成为多功能重构的核心空间。(3)莱州市单一、双重和三重优势功能区面积占比分别为24.96%、57.93%和17.11%,呈现“复合主导、陆海互补、集聚突出、生态外扩”的空间格局特征。研究结论:应统筹陆海空间功能,通过单一功能优势区的多元转型、双重功能区的融合修复,以及三重功能区的统筹提升,推进沿海区域高效、协调与可持续发展。 The purpose of this study is to adopt a land-sea integrated framework(“land-interface-sea”)to assess the suitability of production-living-ecological(PLE)spaces in coastal areas,offering scientific support for spatial planning optimization.The research methods include map overlay analysis,triangular modeling,spatial autocorrelation,and standard deviation ellipse that characterize multifunctional territorial space,by using Laizhou City as the case study with the data from 2010 to 2023.The research results show:1)the mean PLE suitability indices for terrestrial areas of Laizhou are 0.618,0.570 and 0.506,respectively;for marine space,0.540,0.420 and 0.492;and for land space,0.569,0.428 and 0.588.After conversion coefficient adjustments,the integrated land-sea region shows mean suitability values of 0.521,0.466 and 0.458.2)All functions show significant positive spatial autocorrelation in Laizhou,with living functions being most clustered and ecological and production functions more dispersed.The integrated region shows the largest and the most directionally pronounced standard deviation ellipse and extends from northwest to southeast,highlighting its emerging role as a core zone for multifunctional spatial restructuring driven by land-sea coordination and industrial linkages.3)The areas dominated by single,dual and triple functional advantages accounted for 24.96%,57.93%and 17.11%,respectively,reflecting a spatial pattern of composite dominance,land-sea complementarity,strong agglomeration and ecological expansion.In conclusion,coordinated management of spatial functions in land and sea is essential.By promoting diversified transformation in single-function dominant zones,integration and restoration in dualfunction zones,and comprehensive upgrading in multi-functional zones,high-efficiency,balanced,and sustainable development in coastal regions are expected to be effectively advanced.
