摘要
基于社会发展需求和践行“又红又专,全面发展”的高校教育理念,该项目以护理专业学位研究生为培育对象,创建“四种”强化机制,强化思政引领、课程育人、职业奉献、道德升华,加强课程思政建设;创设“五级”递进阶梯(理论学习阶段、理实一体阶段、临床实践阶段、能力形成阶段、素能提升阶段),提升能力纵深发展;创新“六力”双轨共振,提升人才内驱力、竞争力、科研力、创业力、领导力、影响力,强化院校协同发力。该项目形成“红专并进、双轨共振”的教学成果特色,获国家级教学成果奖。
Based on the needs of social development and the practice of the university education philosophy of“red and professional,comprehensive development”,this project takes nursing professional degree postgraduates as the cultivation target,and creates“four kinds of”strengthening mechanisms,strengthening ideological and political guidance,curriculum education,professional dedication,moral subjecting,and strengthening curriculum ideological and political construction.A“five-level”progressive ladder was created:the theoretical learning stage,the integration stage of theory and practice,the clinical practice stage,the ability formation stage,and the ability improvement stage,so as to enhance the in-depth development of ability.The innovation“six forces”dual-track resonance,enhance the internal drive of talents,competitiveness,scientific research ability,entrepreneurial ability,leadership and influence,and strengthen the synergy of colleges and universities.The teaching results of“red specialty development and dual-track resonance”have been developed,which has won the national teaching achievement award.
